This unit offers high speed efficient preparation of potatoes, freeing your staff up to do more. The Sammic PP-12+ potato peeler uses an abrasive wall to the chamber to efficiently peel and prepare potatoes. Manufactured in cast aluminium alloy, the PP-12+ has been going since 1961. It has a load capacity of approx. 12kgs, and can peel up to 220 kg of potatoes per hour, ensuring they are ready to be chipped, mashed or roasted in the most efficient and economical time possible. Ideal for schools, hospitals, pubs, restaurants & hotels. Note: Single phase unit supplied with a plug (requires no hardwiring).
