Three phase 1-speed motor (365rpm) and stainless steel motor base, supplied without a plug (requires hardwiring). Large production attachment includes an inlet for long vegetables, along with a separate large inlet (286cm squared) for larger items and/or larger quantities. Up to 650 kg/hour output. Complete selection with over 30 discs available. Mashed potato accessory available as an option. Note: supplied with no discs.
