Merrychef PSR160 Low Opening Panini Press with Flat Plate

The new patented panini grill perfectly complements your Merrychef high speed oven. This accessory uses a paddle to slide food into the press between a top and bottom plate. When the paddle is removed, the grill lowers to compress the food, making this the easiest-to-use panini press on the market.

Simple to install, the panini press replaces the cook plate in the cavity and stays in the oven while you continue to cook other food items using Merrychef liners or trays on top of the panini press cook plates. To remove and clean, simply lift it out of the cavity when it has cooled down.

This panini press has a low opening for foods such as quesadillas and flatbreads, and also features a flat bottom plate.
