A heavy-duty boiling top with four robust boiling rings and an easy clean stainless steel hob, making it ideal for withstanding the rigours of a commercial kitchen. The boiling top features automatic power reduction, if pan boils dry or is removed, which ensures the hotplates are safe as well as prolonging the machine¿s life.
