Monin White Chocolate Syrup 700ml

Give your drinks an indulgent white chocolate flavour with Monin's 700ml white chocolate syrup. Commissioned personally by Monin president Olivier Monin, the syrup mixes perfectly in coffees, hot chocolates, frappés, milkshakes, cocktails and mocktails. Because it is made from cocoa butter, it does not contain any cocoa solids.

Monin's white chocolate syrup is alcohol-free, halal, kosher and suitable for vegans and vegetarians, so can be enjoyed by a wide range of customers. The syrup is sold in a 700ml glass bottle that can be widely recycled after use.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, natural flavouring. Contains cocoa extract.

Recommended quantities: 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails and mocktails, 20-30ml for frappés and milkshakes (depending on recipe)
