Futura is Berkel’s range of professional electric meat slicers designed to and manufactured to ensure reliability, efficiency, and durability. The wide space allows for quick and easy cleaning and sanitization.
The built-in sharpener is activated by a single lever, thereby facilitating the operation. This meat slicer has a third-generation steel blade, which ensures the highest cutting precision. The product holder and clamp feature innovative solutions that minimise waste.
The Futura range consists of the the straight feed for raw meat, the straight feed for cured meat and the gravity, available with three cutting capacities: Medium (M), Large (L) and Extra Large (XL). They are made of anodised aluminium and fully comply with EC standards.
