Made from special aluminium alloy, it features a steel blade which results in perfect cut, wastage reduction, thus guaranteeing thin and even slices. The built-in sharpener provides excellent sharpening of the blade, increasing both its efficiency and service life. The slice guard, the blade cover and the plate greatly simplify the operations required for fast and accurate cleaning.  

Easy Line is available in the classic yet attractive anodized aluminium finish or in modern and innovative Teflon-coated version
