KPS 90 SF-2 high capacity blast chillers are designed to chill 90 kg of cooked food from 70�C to 3�C in 90 minutes and freeze 50kg from 70�C to -18�C in 4 hours. Itcan be used as a stand alone solution or incorporated withing a cook chill system to introduce savings through portion control and more efficient use of ingredients, whilst maintaining a uniform quality standard. Note 1: Remote version supplied without condensing unit - for a complete installation, the installer will need to specify suitable pipe work running to remote condensing unit. Note 2: It is necessary to connect this unit to an external drain.
