KPS 60 CH high capacity blast chillers are designed to chill 60 kg of cooked food from 70�C to 3�C in 90 minutes. It can be used as a stand alone solution or incorporated withing a cook chill system to introduce savings through portion control and more efficient use of ingredients, whilst maintaining a uniform quality standard. Note 1: Integral version supplied with built-in condensing unit. Note 2: It is necessary to connect this unit to an external drain.
