THE PREMIERE RANGE

Premiere is Berkel’s range of professional electric meat slicers designed to ensure reliability, cutting precision, and durability.

The machines of the Premiere range feature a modern and elegant design. Ideal for restaurants, pizzerias, bars, industrial kitchens, catering services, and small grocery shops.

The Premiere range consists of straight feed for raw meat, straight feed for cured meat and gravity version, available with three cutting capacities: Medium (M), Large (L) and Extra Large (XL). They are made of anodised aluminium and fully comply with EC standards.

Gravity Meat Table
In the Gravita model, the meat table has an ideal angle to facilitate positioning and removal of the product to slice.

Built-In Sharpener
The glass reinforced plastic sharpener is extremely quick and easy to use. The traditional Berkel red cover is made of technical polymers.

Thickness Adjustment Unit
The thickness adjustment unit and handles feature a new ergonomic design created specifically for all those who use the meat slicer for many hours a day.

Easy To Clean
The wide space allows for quick and easy cleaning, saving time and energy. Sinuous lines allow you to reach every corner, ensuring full compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Cover and Product Holder
The meat slicers of the Premiere range are made with innovative materials, such as technical polymers and food-grade plastic, which enhance the quality of the product whilst confirming Berkel’s continuous research.
