Nella Charity Golf Day for Leukaemia Lymphoma Research

The Leukaemia Lymphoma Research foundation is a charity very close to the Nella brother’s hearts. Their father passed away from Leukaemia when they were only 18 and 21 leaving them to run the family business. On the 28th October 2011 Mark and Emilio Nella held a Charity Golf Day at Sundridge Park Golf Club in south east London. 

The course was in excellent condition and was complimented with a lovely day’s weather. There was some excellent golf on show not least by the tournament winner and holder of the ‘Franco Nella Memorial Trophy’, Emilio Nella.

The golf was followed by a meal and further chances to donate to Leukaemia Research with competitions and an Auction with some very generously donated items.

The event was a spectacular success and we’d like to thank everyone that came and donated so generously to an amazing cause. We are very proud to announce that with only 32 attendees the event raised over £6340, helped by the extraordinary generosity of the Nella Brothers doubling all donations made on the day. We look forward to next year when we hope to better this amazing total!
